He has worked across all kinds of business sectors from telecoms to banking, chemicals to charities. Nick set up NextTen Innovation Solutions as part of his commitment to helping people achieve transformational performance improvement by becoming genuinely customer-centric.

Simon Green

Simon is dedicated to maximising value via communications, data and CX, for service sector brands.

Deep expertise as a client and consultant in each of these traditionally siloed functional areas ensures he is able to plan and execute UK and global transformational plans that integrate effective, product, service with personalised communications across all channels; delivered through internal stakeholders, front-line colleagues, IT integrators and agency partners.

Richard Horner

Richard Horner is a leading employee experience specialist , helping people and businesses to be happier and more successful. Richard has worked with companies in the former Soviet Union, Africa, United States, and Europe. He has studied at the University of Pennsylvania, Henley Management College, University of Natal, and is currently studying through University of California Berkeley.
