An acknowledged leader in customer-driven performance change using both best practice and emerging next practice perspectives, Charles leads, mentors and coaches on both strategic and operational initiatives. With a hunger for new ideas, he strongly believes in passionate and inspirational business leadership which energises both organisations and individuals. He has delivered training and consulting across 40 countries, multiple sectors and companies such as Citibank, Nielsen, Microsoft, Vodafone, Tracker and governments in Middle East and Asia.
Nick's extensive career has been spent helping companies transform the way they do business through better strategies, change management and technology, with a relentless focus on the customer. He has worked across all kinds of business sectors from telecoms to banking, chemicals to charities. Nick set up NextTen Innovation Solutions as part of his commitment to helping people achieve transformational performance improvement by becoming genuinely customer-centric.

Simon is dedicated to maximising value via communications, data and CX, for service sector brands.
Deep expertise as a client and consultant in each of these traditionally siloed functional areas ensures he is able to plan and execute UK and global transformational plans that integrate effective, product, service with personalised communications across all channels; delivered through internal stakeholders, front-line colleagues, IT integrators and agency partners.
Simon has worked for many of the world’s finest global brands and agencies and has added over £½ billion in profit and shareholder value to at least three organisations.

Richard Horner is a leading employee experience specialist , helping people and businesses to be happier and more successful. Richard has worked with companies in the former Soviet Union, Africa, United States, and Europe. He has studied at the University of Pennsylvania, Henley Management College, University of Natal, and is currently studying through University of California Berkeley. He specialises in concepts and processes that have been implemented across a broad range of business types and sizes ranging from logistics to distilling to finance to health. He has worked with companies such as PetroKazakhstan (PetroChina), General Motors, IBM, HP, Peregrine Holdings, Penderyn, Castell Howell and many more.
With over 20 years of outstanding sales skills in all areas including Retail, Field Sales, Sales Team Management, Newspaper Advertising Sales, Business Development, Consultancy and Sales Training, Howard brings a practical, hands-on approach to all business problems.
