A great day of varied speakers today. The common thread that ran through the conference, as pointed out by chair Ian Golding was how to manage and balance the polarisation between
- omnichannel automation supported by tech and AI
and
- genuine human interaction, with warmth that can deliver a ‘defining experience’.
Well done Awards International and thanks to Microsoft UK and all the speakers and CX luminaries for a great day! The day provided a superb opportunity for senior marketing leaders to network on the specialism of CX and a fantastic prelude to the UK Customer Experience Awards due to take place the following week.
